Das joined Boolers as Finance Director in February 2026. He qualified as a Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA) in 2016 and has extensive experience working within regulated businesses, bringing strong expertise in financial governance, regulatory compliance, and leadership to support strategic decision-making.

Outside of work, Das enjoys hiking, travelling, experiencing new cuisines, and spending time with friends and family.
