As a client of Boolers for at least the last 15 years, I am hugely impressed by their efficiency and professionalism. Following my retirement, I have now transferred the management of all my investments to them. I receive timely advice on these including regular updates from their discretionary fund management service. On my recommendation they also act for my wife and my children. Boolers also manage my SIPP and since my retirement in 2008 I have been delighted with its performance. This involves an annual meeting when full and informative documentation is supplied to me and I am able to raise any queries. Although I may be one of their smaller clients in terms of financial worth, I always receive a first-class service. I cannot recommend Boolers highly enough.

Like most people I imagine my understanding of the ever mounting pension information was a complete fog of confusion. However I am pleased to say over the past 2 years dealing with Boolers it has become much clearer, I now know in detail what it all means to me and my future retirement. For this I have to thank Michelle Mason who has, in a very personal and friendly way guided me through the fog and created a perfectly clear picture, which now makes complete sense to me.
